Posture Screening are held at the Harris YMCA on:
Tuesdays at 6-8 P.M. and Thursdays 9-11 A.M.
What is your Posture Number? Stop and find out. Learn what posture can tell us about the spine and overall health, and find out how to improve your posture. We will also answer any health question you may have.
Posture Screenings can also be done in our office. To make an appointment please call Johnann at (704) 544-6711.
